Anthracite Curling Club | Wilkes-Barre, Pa.

Tonight is the final night of the 2012 Club Championship regular season and much remains undecided.

Four teams are playing for two spots and one of tonight’s draws has a Playoff spot potentially on the line. None of the top four positions are set, either, meaning a spot in the coveted 1-2 Playoff game next week is still available to most teams.

It’s Primary Election Day in Pennsylvania and despite attempts to somehow tie that into the preview for this week’s curling action have resulted in FAILure.

Anthracite Curling Club’s 2012 Club Championship season continues tonight with the second of seven regular season draws and that means four more draws at 7:30 at The Ice Rink at Coal St. in Wilkes-Barre.

Remember, there are still plenty of good seats available at The Ice Rink tonight and admission to watch is FREE. It’s been chilly lately and thus that makes the rink feel colder, so if you’re planning to watch, don’t forget a jacket.
