The Fall League is quickly coming to a close with just three more draws to be played between now and Dec. 8.
On that December date, two teams will be looking for their chance at claiming the Fall League championship. One team, the 3-0 House Hunters, has a chance of clinching a spot in the Finals this Saturday with a victory over Machu Picchu (2-1).
A decision the other way will set up a frenetic final regular season session in two weeks.
Here is the schedule for this week’s draws. Games start at 10 p.m. The games are open to the public. Admission is free. If watching the game simply isn’t enough, Anthracite Curling Club will be hosting a Learn to Curl clinic on Nov. 24 at 4 p.m. at The Ice Rink at Coal Street in Wilkes-Barre.
The clinic is a perfect opportunity to learn the basics of the game in time to join our Winter League.
