Anthracite Curling Club is proud to host its first-ever bonspiel on July 27 through July 29 at The Ice Rink at Coal Street in Wilkes-Barre, Pa.
This is the Club’s first-ever bonspiel and we’re excited to welcome curlers to the region for a weekend full of competition and fun.
For our first bonspiel, there is a 20-team limit. The Diamond City Spiel has a four-game guarantee. It is an Open format bonspiel.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be available for all participants Friday and Saturday. A brunch/light lunch will be served for the Finals on Sunday.
Due to restrictions at The Ice Rink, we are unable to serve alcohol on-site but are in negotiations with several businesses in the area to offer bonspiel participants drink specials through the weekend.

Hotel
Anthracite Curling Club has arranged for a block of 30 rooms at a special rate at the Wilkes-Barre Ramada. Hotel information and reservations are available here.
