Anthracite Curling Club sent a pair of teams to the USWCA 5 & Under Bonspiel at Philadelphia Curling Club in October 2011.
The team then known as Squirrels (Sophy, Dorval, Montone, Pearson) came home with the Fourth Event championship, defeating Team Burns of Plainfield Curling Club, 8-4, in the final on Sunday morning.
