Demented Magenta has found its scoring touch.
It found quite a bit of it last Saturday in a 13-5 win over Sons of Shaddrat to improve its undefeated mark to 3-0 and still lead the Winter League. This marked the second straight draw of scoring double-digits for the team.
After blanking the first end, Demented Magenta scored in the next three ends, posting multiple points in each to jump to a 7-0 lead. A score of 4 points in the 6th end quelled any comeback thoughts Sons of Shaddrat may have had after scoring a deuce in the 5th.
In the match-up of 1-1 teams coming into the night, Bonanza scored the decisive point in the 8th end to defeat House Hunters, 5-4. Each team scored a point per end with the Hammer through the night. The lone exception was the 2 posted in the 2nd from Bonanza.
