One team is punching its ticket to the Finals and another will be eliminated in separate matchups at 7 this evening at The Ice Rink at Coal Street in Wilkes-Barre.

The 9-week regular season has determined the seeding for the Page Playoffs. Demented Magenta (7-2) and Happy Hour (5-4) have earned the right as the top two seeds to play tonight in the 1/2 game for a spot in the Finals in two weeks. Whoever finishes on the low end of the score will have another chance to get back to the Finals next week.

That’s when the loser of the 1/2 game will face the winner of tonight’s 3/4 game between Squirrels (5-4) and Goodies (2-7). The loser of the 3/4 game is eliminated from the Summer League championship playoffs. The winner moves on to the Page Playoffs Semifinal round and faces the loser of the 1/2 game for the second spot in the Finals on Aug. 27.
