With one team already in the 2013 Summer League Championship Game, there’s just one last bit of business left to complete.
Tonight at 7, Happy Hour and Squirrels Curling will meet in the Semifinal draw of the Page Playoffs. The winner moves on to the finals next week to face Demented Magenta.
Both teams enter this week with identical 5-5 records so far this season. Squirrels advanced to the Semifinal last week with a 12-3 victory over Goodies in the 3-4 matchup of the Page Playoffs. Happy Hour was defeated by Demented Magenta in the 1-2 game of the Playoffs first round.
Happy Hour can get another chance at Demented Magenta for all those proverbial marbles with a victory tonight while Squirrels can put themselves in a position to put a nice cap on an up-and-down season.
Demented Magenta and Goodies will square off in an exhibition draw in tonight’s other action. Goodies will face the loser of tonight’s Semifinal next week for 3rd Place.
