Today marks the end of the 2010 Summer League season at Anthracite Curling Club as the top four teams battle for the first Club championship.
At 6 p.m., Stone Cold will battle C&Ds for the Fell Conference championship. In the other semifinal draw, Lyons will face Fifteen for the Smith Conference title. The winners of those draws will square-off at 8 p.m. for the Club championship. Continue reading

The final night of 2010 Summer League regular season curling wasn’t without drama until just around 10.

With only one loss on its record, C&Ds clinched the Chestnut Division and top seed in the Fell Conference by defeating Schoolhouse Rocks!, 8-2. They will play the eventual winner of the Buckwheat Division at 6 p.m. on Aug. 24 in the League Semifinals. Continue reading
